A

No MUD tax means lower monthly payments as compared to communities with a MUD tax. Giving residents more purchasing power (i.e. more house) or the ability to save more money each month to use towards other things in your everyday life.

Lakehouse is estimated to be a 225 acre community with a projected 350 homesites upon completion.

What are the sizes of the homesites?

A

There will be a wide range of options for homesite sizes ranging from 50’, 60’, 70’, and 90’ average widths. The estimated depths of the homesites will be 160 feet deep. 160 feet in depth will give you on average up to 30’-35’ more backyard than a typical community in the area once the home is built on the homesite.
